Volunteers Needed
WAVAC is always looking for new volunteers to help our ambulance service grow. You don't need prior experience in the emergency medical field just a strong desire to help your neighbor. We need drivers, first responders, Emergency Medical Technicians and Medics of all levels. We help with the cost of classes so you can advance your skills to whatever level you are comfortable with. We are also looking to add an auxiliary to our core to help with recruitment, community service and fund drives. The Board of directors also needs community members to help with running the ambulance corp.
You know you want to help if you see the ambulance and think to you're self I wish I could help do that but I don't know if it is for me, well try it. You will never know if you don't try. For just a few hours a month you can help make a difference.
Down load an application, print it and fill it out and you can drop it off at the bay or mail it to WAVAC at (Waterville Area Volunteer Ambulance Corp. Inc. PO Box 314 Waterville NY 13480 ).
